Through our Support Coordination services, we will assist you in getting the best value from the supports in your NDIS plan so that you can reach your goals and live more independently in your community. Our Specialist Support Coordinators can assist you in managing challenges in your support environment ensuring consistent delivery of service.
Working closely with you and your family, carers and support networks, we will develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans and Intensive Intervention Supports that allow you to live your best life. We provide training to your formal and informal support networks and work with your other service providers for a complete service focused on your personal needs.
Functional Assessments & Allied Health Interventions
We compile comprehensive functional behaviour and functional capacity assessments to gain an understanding of your level of functioning. Our assessments guide how we best support you in achieving your goals. These assessments are provided by our trained professionals including Social Workers, Psychologists, Behaviours Support Practitioners and Speech Pathologists.
Emotional Regulation &
We will help you in developing skills to better regulate your emotions through utilising Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) techniques, for example The Zones of Regulation and The Westmead Feelings Program.
